We start your journey of self-development with the Part A pre-course exercise, asking you to critically reflect on your current understanding of Ethics, Ethical theory, and Ethical Leadership, articulating how you currently apply these areas on a day-to-day basis personally, and in your organization.

The module finishes with another optional post-course self-reflection exercise Part C, on how your understanding of ethics and ethical theory has changed since the reading and what you would do differently and now embed or intertwine into your values and DNA to transform your ethical beliefs and thus influence organizational culture.
