This module gave me new insights into ethical leadership and how we can improve our organisational culture at all hierarchal levels. It also exposed me on what to do if we ever come across an egoistic Leader and how organisations should treat people with humanity and respect which positively impacts culture and revenue in an organisation. It explains emotional intelligence in leadership and the types of leadership styles required for organisational success in a real-world practical application way. it also highlights the importance of self-awareness. empathy and effective communication in driving success as it helps foster trust and a positive work environment.
