The Guild of Ethics, Culture & Leadership would like to congratulate Oluwaseyi Oyedapo on successfully completing all three modules of our Transforming Leadership & Culture Course and achieving Graduate Membership with the post‑nominals GGECL.
It will be very exciting to see Oyedapo put her newly acquired skills into practice across the health industry.
We would also like to say a big thank you for the following feedback on the course:
I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to The Guild of Ethics, Culture & Leadership for the incredible opportunity to learn and hone my leadership skills. The knowledge I've gained throughout this course has profoundly impacted my leadership values, approach and self-identity.
The course has influenced my leadership identity by reinforcing the importance of integrity, empathy, fairness, and accountability. It has also highlighted the importance of emotional intelligence in building trust, managing relationships, and promoting ethical decision-making.
Moving forward, I intend to apply the knowledge gained from this course both personally and organisationally by demonstrating ethical leadership, promoting open communication, and encouraging leadership development within my organisation.
By sharing these insights with others through mentoring, training, and role modelling ethical behaviour, I hope to contribute to the development of an organisational culture that values integrity, responsibility, and ethical leadership.
Ultimately, ethical leadership is essential for creating sustainable organisations that balance organisational success with social responsibility and stakeholder wellbeing.
